What does the Free plan include?

How do upgrades work?
You can upgrade any time from Free to Starter, Professional, or Enterprise. Your properties, analyses, and settings carry over automatically.
What's the difference between editor seats and viewer seats?
Editors can create and modify properties and analyses. Viewers can see shared properties in read-only mode. Viewer seats and property sharing are unlimited on every plan — even Free.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes — save 10% with annual billing. Starter drops from $99/mo to $89/mo ($1,068/yr) and Professional from $179/mo to $161/mo ($1,932/yr).
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What are portfolios?
